PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition capable of imparting excellence in flame retardancy, electrical characteristics such as insulating properties and the like, heat resistance, humidity resistance and the like to a cured product of an epoxy resin. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition comprises (A) an epoxy resin and (B) at least one selected from a phosphazene compound having a phosphor atom substituted with an amino group and an aryloxy group and an epoxy- modified compound thereof, the content of the component (B) being 0.01-99.9 wt.% of the whole composition.
