PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing bar bending apparatus which enables applying simply and correctly a roller setting for bending. SOLUTION: In the reinforcing bar bending apparatus providing a moving mechanism which is freely movable and fixed to the reinforcing bar passing space V by at least one between a pinching roller 3 and a bending roller 4 along the roller diameter direction, and by setting up a flexible bending roller using bending force by pressing and contacting one side of a reinforcing bar steel in the lower hand side of a pair of pinching roller 3 which can freely sandwich the reinforcing bar steel S and the pinching roller 3 in the reinforcing bar passing space V, the moving adjustment mechanism F which can adjust roller moving volume is located, and the roller moving volume adjusted by the moving adjustment mechanism F or a display item concerning the roller moving volume is displayed by the moving display means G newly provided.
