PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uncoiler apparatus which enables a coil material holding section to switch a diameter shrinking state to a diameter expanding state definitely and which aims at a miniaturization of the apparatus by minimizing the installation space. SOLUTION: The uncoiler comprises a main shaft 16 to support the coil material holding section 9, a double-acting cylinder armored on its way to the length direction of the main shaft 16, a piston member of framework 27 not conducting relative displacement against the main shaft 16, a cylinder body 28 to shift to the shaft center direction of the main shaft 16, a double-acting air cylinder 24, a tubular body 25 which moves integrally with the cylinder body 28 armored by the main shaft 16, and a parallel link mechanism 26 to link the coil material holding section 9 together with the tubular body 25.
