PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging body for heat-cooking by which a heat- cooking can be performed under a state as it is without providing holes for air-purging when the heat-cooking is performed using a microwave oven or the like, and wherein a container deformation due to a pressure reduction after the heat-cooking is not generated. SOLUTION: This packaging body for heat-cooking comprises a container 1 in which a content is housed, and a lid body 3 which is heat-sealed with the flange 2 of the container 1. Then, in the flange width direction of the container 1, a communicating means 4 by which the inside of the container 1 and the outside of the container 1 communicate with each other is provided. The communicating means 4 is sealed at the time of a heat-sealing, and is unsealed when an internal pressure is generated in the container 1 by a heat-cooking. Thus, the inside of the container 1 and the outside of the container 1 communicate with each other. At the same time, after the communicating, the communicating between the inside of the container 1 and the outside of the container 1 is maintained. |
