<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise method and an exercise system using Internet controlling a user to exercise based on an appropriate exercise program according to his/her body conditions and physical strength standard and corresponding to an abrupt change in his/her body conditions in the exercise. SOLUTION: This health enhancing system includes a health enhancing apparatus having an electronic controller, a management server, and Internet connecting the health enhancing apparatus to the management server. The health enhancing apparatus comprises an input part for inputting the body information of the user, a display part displaying information inputted from the input part and various types of information transmitted from the management server, a drive part for driving an exercising apparatus, a drive control part for controlling the drive, and a control part controlling respective parts of the health enhancing apparatus. The management sever generates an exercise program for controlling the exercise apparatus based on the body information of the user transmitted from the health enhancing apparatus and the storage information stored by the continuous exercise of the user.</p> |
