PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a problem such as a damage caused in an ambient temperature shrinkable tube 5 or the like by increasing width of a portion of a base edge surface of the ambient temperature shrinkable tube 5 which is pressed by one surface of each of pressing plates 23 while the diameter of the ambient temperature shrinkable tube 5 becomes large. SOLUTION: The base edge portion of each of the pressing plates 23 and 23 are swingably secured to a base plate 22 by axes 24 and 24 and an elastic force is given to the pressing plates 23 and 23 by twisted coil springs 26 and 26 to dislocate each edge portion in the direction toward a center of a through- hole 16.
