PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling flow rate for an ozone water generator, which is capable of controlling the flow rate of ozone containg water according to a use. SOLUTION: The ozone water generator main body 1 and an auxiliary tank 2 for storing generated ozone water are installed. In the auxiliary tank 2, detecting means 15 and 16 for detecting the amount of ozone water stored in the tank and a discharge pump 24 for discharging the ozone water in the tank 2 are provided. Thereby, it is possible to control the discharge pump 24 according to the amount of water detected by the detecting means 15 and 16.
