SOLUTION: A gear box 22 supports freely rotatably front wheels 12 at the left and right end parts and is jointed to a spreading car main body 11 freely rotatable around the vertical line with a hanging member 14. A front side extending plate 23 is fixed to the gear box 22 and extends to the front side of the spreading car main body 11. A support 24 is fixed to the front side extending plate 23 at the lower end and to a nozzle pipe 25 at the upper end. A nozzle 26 is arranged at a prescribed height of the nozzle pipe 25 and sprayss the liquid chemical toward the side.
