PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging metal fixture for fitting afterward wherein a hook member 7 is always faced in a perpendicular direction when the hanging metal fixture is fitted to a rail member 1 for wall fitting or for ceiling fitting. SOLUTION: A coming-off preventing block 6 is stored in a groove 2 of the rail member 1 for wall fitting or for ceiling fitting, and in this state, a hook member 7 can be rotated around a horizontal rotation axis 17 as an axis.
