SOLUTION: The housing and supply apparatus (1) for housing and supplying a substance like cosmetics or a care product is equipped with a container capable of being closed by a seal means and suitable for housing the substance and the porous structure (14) for supplying the substance or wiping a supply part. This apparatus contains at least one sterilizing agent incorporated into the porous structure.
