PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for fixing an apparatus in which solid state propagation sound can be suppressed without sacrifice of the essential function, i.e., heat radiation performance, in a plate for fixing an apparatus having a high noise contribution rate. SOLUTION: The plate (101) for fixing an apparatus touching an electric components board (103) or an electric component (102) mounted thereon is provided with vibration suppressing parts (200, 201) for decreasing the vibration area. Consequently, solid state propagation sound can be suppressed. |
