PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing from elution of a heavy metal ion in a solidified cement material or a reclaimed aggregate made from a waste concrete and a method for adsorbing the eluted ion for a foundation improvement material. SOLUTION: Elution of the heavy metal ion in the solidified cement material and the reclaimed aggregate is prevented by addition of an artificial zeolite to a cement solidifier.
