And in such a flux that the sum weight of slug components ranges 5.4-8.4% to the total wire weight is filled by 18-25 % in the outer skin of the stainless steel wire to form the flux-containing wire, Ti (ferrotitanium is shown by Ti converted value) composed of metallic titanium and ferro titanium is contained by 0.3-0.9% to the total wire weight, and the ratio is 20-60% of metallic titanium and 40-80% of ferro titanium.
