PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which can essentially improve the compatibility between a radically copolymerized unsaturated resin and a shrinkage depressing agent containing mainly polystyrene. SOLUTION: The radically copolymerized unsaturated resin composition comprises a radically copolymerized unsaturated resin and a polymerizing unsaturated monomer, containing a polymer material which is derived from a polymer compound as the precursor and has a function to make the unsaturated resin compatible with a compound added chiefly to depress the shrinkage, wherein the polymer compound is a product obtained by reacting a styrene polymer (A) containing mainly polystyrene and having one or more functional groups in the molecule with a compound (B) having two or more functional groups in the molecule at least one of which is reactable with the functional group of the styrene polymer (A), the polymer compound having at least one intact functional group originated from the compound (B).
