PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug with high safety effective on lichenization or prurigo which is characteristic to the chronic lesion of atopic dermatitis, intractable exanthema, and capable of being orally administered. SOLUTION: This drug for treating the lichenization or the prurigo contains diethyl L-lysylcromoglycate represented by the formula or a nontoxic salt thereof as an active ingredient.
