PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device capable of properly preventing the mutual collision of articles in joining. SOLUTION: This carrying device comprises a joining carrying means 2 for joining articles A carried in from article inlet ports 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d in the middle of carrying to carry out them from one common article outlet part 7. Stopper means 31a, 31b, 31c, and 31d are provided in conformation to the article inlet parts 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d of the joining carrying means 2, respectively. Each of stopper means 31a, 31b, 31c and 31d is engaged with the article A under carrying by the joining carrying means 2 and laid in the regulating state of forcedly regulating the movement of the article A. Each of stopper means 31a, 31b, 31c and 31d is also located in a position non-engageable with the article A under carrying by the joining carrying means 2 and laid in the retreat state of allowing the movement of the article A.
