PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a vehicle having a long nose and a vehicle setting load clearance small and having small approach angle on a deck without contacting with a car body frame by providing a vehicle carrier capable of taking an angle smaller than a conventional set angle in a set angle of a boarding plate. SOLUTION: A slider 22 is vertically movably arranged inside a column 21 erected in a rear end part of the car body frame 20. This slider 22 is provided with a locking part 27 for locking the boarding plate 4 and an abutting part 28 for upwardly moving the deck 26 by abutting to the deck 26. The slider 22 is composed of two members of an outside slide block 23 and an inside slider 24 for vertically moving in the outside slide block 23. The outside slide block 23 is connected to the deck 36. The column 21 and the inside slider 24 are connected by an actuator 30.
