PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the manufacturing method for a master for heat sensitive stencil printing, in which the lowering of the smoothness of the surface of a film is small when master raw textiles are reeled-up in a roll, no defect such as white point or the like develops in a printed image, the printed image excellent in image quality can be obtained. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the master for heat sensitive stencil printing, which is produced by laminating a thermoplastic resin film and a porous support to each other, when both the thermoplastic resin film and the porous support are laminatingly reeled up into a roll, the reeling up is performed by winding a sheet under the condition that the surface of the sheet having the smoothness by an Ohken type smoothness meter of 1,000 s or more contacts with the surface of the thermoplastic resin film.
