PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming device capable of effectively straightening a curl without increasing the size of a device. SOLUTION: A paper sheet on which an image is formed by an image forming part is fixed by a fixing device is discharged through a paper discharge passage R1. Alternatively, after the paper sheet is conveyed to a separation passage R2 separated away from the paper discharge passage R1, the paper sheet is turned over and conveyed toward the paper discharge passage R1 from the turning-over passage R3. A curl straightening means 40 is situated in the turning-over passage R3. Then the paper sheet is passed through the fixing device by the curl straightening means 40, a curl occurring to the paper sheet is straightened.
