PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a powdered medicine from adhering or sticking to the contact face. SOLUTION: A powdered medicine is uniformly accumulated on a distribution disk, and the powdered medicine on the distribution disk is scraped out by one dosage portion each, and packaged by this powdered medicine-packaging device. Then, in the powdered medicine contact member, with which the powdered medicine comes into contact, of such a powdered medicine-packaging device, a non-adherent alumite layer to which the powdered medicine does not adhere is provided on the powdered medicine contact surface of the powdered medicine contact member. The non-adherent alumite layer is constituted of an alumite film impregnated with a 4-fluorinated resin.
