PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for safely supporting the traveling of a little child tricycle by mounting an auxiliary handlebar to a rear portion of the little child tricycle, interlocking it with a front handlebar and operating a rear handlebar. SOLUTION: An upper shaft receiver 4, a lower shaft receiver 7 and an adjuster 8 are provided on a handlebar-fixing base 6 and they are fixed to a rear portion of a tricycle by a band. A handlebar 1 and a stopper 3 are fixed to a shaft 2 and the shaft receiver 4, a stopper 5 and the shaft receiver 7 are penetrated therethrough. The shaft 2 is fixed by the stopper 5 and a pulley 9 is mounted to a lower end of the shaft 2. A fixing base 12 and a pulley 11 are fixed. Both terminals of cable 10 are calked by a terminal fitting. Apertures are provided at front and rear sides of the pulley 9, 11. Both terminals of the cable 10 are inserted to the apertures of the pulleys 9, 11. The fixing base 12 is mounted to a front axle while the cable 10 is laid on the pulleys 9, 11. The cable 10 is fixed to a frame of the tricycle by a band. A tension of the cable 10 is adjusted by an adjuster 8.
