PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bolt fastening structure for a rolling stock allowing the subtle adjustment of thread length of a bolt member in the case of hanging equipment in a hanging groove provided in an underframe of the rolling stock, through the bolt member. SOLUTION: The underframe of the rolling stock is provided with the hanging groove, and the equipment is hung in the hanging groove through a bolt member. The bolt member 1 is constituted by engaging a head 3a of a bolt 3 manufactured according to Japanese Industrial Standards, in a nonrotatable manner with an engaging recessed part 2c of an engaging member 2A of block shape engaged in a nonrotatable manner with the hanging groove 103, and inserting an external screw part 3b through a through hole 2d.
