PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the commercial value of a roller massage mechanism and a massager with the mechanism built-in by realizing a complicated massage such as massage in which finger pressing and kneading with massage rollers are applied concurrently or striking massage in which a striking position is changed. SOLUTION: The roller massage device 4 is provided with a rotary shaft 10, a right and left pair of massage rollers 16R, 16L which are arranged halfway on the rotary shaft 10 such that it is movable toward the shaft center and is eccentric to the shaft center, a driving means 14 to rotate the rotary shaft 10 and a second driving means 41 which can move the right and left pair of massage rollers 16R, 16L to and for along the direction of the shaft center of the rotary shaft 10 so that the massage rollers 16R, 16L approach to or separate from each other during the operation of the driving means 14.
