PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operating property in a manual sticking operation wherein an operator sticks a label issued from a label printer in a package sticking system and a label sticking system. SOLUTION: A packaging mechanism has a discharge pusher 207 for pushing out an article M, wherein the discharge pusher 207 has a label stuck portion 60 where the label L is stuck and also has a push-out position P2 where the article M is pushed out or a stop position P2 where it sops in its vicinity. A label sticking machine 13 sticks the label L to the label stuck portion 60 in a predetermined mode.
