PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a mineral-enriched food, by which natural minerals obtained from marine deep water plentifully containing the natural minerals are added to the food and simultaneously by which other characteristics, namely freshness-maintaining characteristics and deodorizing characteristics, such as an effect for removing the smell of fermented soybeans or devil's tongue, and so on, can be utilized. SOLUTION: This method for producing the food, characterized by concentrating marine deep water, removing most of salt, diluting the obtained fresh liquid, and then adding the diluted liquid to a food material during the production of the food. |
