PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap holding tool whose locking elements are not exposed. SOLUTION: The strap holding tool is provided with a comparatively rigid pillar element having the end formed integrally with a comparative flat flexible strap element. The free end of the stabilizing channel and a center movement formed in parallel with and accepting a stabilizing extension and a center movement stop extension or the free end of the strap element.
