PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open and close a filth treatment bag by a guide rail and a plate or a moving claw and reduce significantly labor of a user and a carer due to needlessness of disposal. SOLUTION: To set a filth storing bag in a storage bag setting box and open one by one, a plate is attached to the filth storing bag, and is set to a guide rail. The plate of a bag is moved along the guide rail by the moving claw and the mouth of the bag is opened. After use, after the moving claw pushes a last plate attached to a bag and moves to the position of a U-shape pin where the guide rail narrows, the mouth of the bag is closed by the U-shape pin, the plate comes off the guide rail, and a filth bag separates and is stored in the filth storing box. After this series of movements ends, the moving claw opens the next bag, waits at the endmost bag in preparation for next use. A device to prevent the lid of a bedpan from opening when the claw is operating is provided.
