PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scale removing agent capable of removing scale while operating a boiler, having high safety, no corroding the boiler and having a proper scale removing speed. SOLUTION: The scale removing agent contains a chelating agent such as EDTA or NTA and a dispersant such as a polymaleic acid or bis(poly-2- carboxyethyl)phosphinic acid.
