PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a curl-mending board cheap, compact and more flexible for various purposes. SOLUTION: Springy linear guides 14 and 15 are used for the curl-mending board. Because they are wire, the necessary space is not large. Because they are springy, appropriate pressure is applied on the curing edge of a cloth-to-be- sewed P and the curl c is mended smoothly. The whole device has an enhanced flexibility because it can be fixed in various sewing machine spaces 1 by a magnet 9. A piece 13 having the guides 14 and 15 can rotate and can be removed to ease the setting of the cloth-to-be-sewed P to the sewing position.
