PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a space occupied by winches for utilizing a space for an upper revolving superstructure and keeping an installation space for equipment in a moving crane having a limited whole size, in particular. SOLUTION: Three first-third winches 27, 28, 29 are provided at the rear of a revolving frame 22 of the upper revolving superstructure of the crane, two right and left winches and one winch being arranged at a lower stage and at the upper staged respectively, in vertically overlapped relation. A rear bottom plate 24b of the frame on which the winches 27-29 axle installed is formed lower at a level difference 24 from a front bottom plate 24a.
