SOLUTION: This chelate compound-containing liquor characterized by containing a chelate compound in an amount of 0.01 to 5 wt.%. The chelate compound-containing liquor has an improved smell and an improved taste, and can be taken in the body of a drinker to generate an enzyme having an antioxidizing action and an action for detoxifying cancer and so on.
