PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet comprising a top coating layer having excellent damage resistance, adhesive properties and excellent postprocessing suitability as compared with a top coat for a conventional decorative sheet. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet comprises the top coating layer containing an ionizing radiation curable resin. In this case, to generate a urethane bond in the resin, a polyol and an isocyanate are added to the resin. Preferably, a molecular weight of the polyol is 10,000 to 40,000, its glass transition temperature of 30 to 100 deg.C and/or an adding amount of the polyol is 5 to 40 wt.%. Thus, the top coating layer has excellent adhesive properties without impairing damage resistance of the curable resin, excellent postprocessability of a decorative plate obtained by adhering the decorative sheet and a base material.
