SOLUTION: Air inlets 10 are formed in the upper surface of the cabinet 1, and cooling paths 9 passed from the air inlets 10 between the external wall of the cabinet 1 and a heating chamber 3 are formed. Fans 11 are formed in the cooling paths 9. Air sucked from the air inlets 10 is passed through the cooling paths 9 to interrupt heat conduction from the heating chamber 3 to the outside.
