PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the whole of a device, in a paper matching device to support discharged paper sheets by a paper support for matching and discharge the paper sheets after matching is effected on the paper support. SOLUTION: A main guide rod 19 and a subguide rod 20 are situated in parallel on a frame 30. The guide rod slidably supports sliders 12 and 14. Joggers 13 and 15 are mounted on the two sliders. Paper supports 13A and 15A for matching are situated respectively integrally with the joggers. The paper sheet having two side edges supported by the paper supports and discharged from a paper discharge roller are supported and matched on the paper supports. A stack tray is situated below the paper support and after matching is carried out, a distance between a pair of the paper supports is increased to drop the paper sheets, and the dropped paper sheets are supported by the stack tray.
