PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an article capable of easily removing a stain containing an oily substance as a main component. SOLUTION: The article has a hydrophilic coating film which contains an inorganic oxide as a main component and has fine uneven aggregates capable of removing a bonded oily substance by water on its surface.
