PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve printing quality by decreasing the size of an imprint, formed by a star roller of which a recording paper conveying mechanism consists, as much as possible. SOLUTION: A roller making contact with a printing surface forms a star wheel 8 that a plurality of teeth is radially formed at equal intervals. The area of the composition deformation region of recording paper occurring as a result of teeth 11 of the star wheel 8 coming in contact with the recording chart is suppressed to 2500 squareμm or less and a total of a deformation area containing a shearing deformation region area is suppressed to 4300 squareμm or less.
