PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly notify an existence of an own vehicle having an inherent light for a light vehicle by enhancing a visual recognition from a side surface of the own vehicle. SOLUTION: The indication device is provided with an indication body 2 provided with a light source comprising a xenon lamp and a transmittance or reflection type light accumulation material and in addition to, is provided with a circuit body 3 and a switch body 4. The indication device is periodically light-emitted utilizing a rotation of wheel at the time of traveling an own vehicle. A visual recognition is enhanced by maintaining a brightness.
