PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that in the case of a double container-like cooked food container constituted by allowing an inner container made of cardboard and formed into a container shape by raising a side face portion at each side of an outer circumference of a bottom face portion to be contained in an outer container, each side face portion of the inner container has heretofore fallen inward, so that the appearance of the cooked food container becomes poor. SOLUTION: The cooked food container is formed out of a double container consisting of an outer container 1 having shape-retaining characteristics and an inner container 2 made of cardboard. An inner container material 20 to be sued for the inner container 2 is made by integrally cutting the cardboard to form a bottom face portion 21, each side face portion 22 connected respectively to each side of an outer circumference of the bottom face portion 21, each fold piece 25 which allows base end parts of mutually adjacent side edges 23, 24 of the respective side face portions 22 to be connected to each other, and each extending portion 26 connected to either side edge of both the adjacent side edges 23, 24 of the respective side face portions 22. By folding the fold pieces 25 and the extending portions 26 on outer faces of the inner container 2 at its corner parts in mutually opposite directions on the right and left sides under the condition that the inner container 2 is formed with the inner container material 20, each side face portion 22 is prevented from falling inward.
