PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small transporter for transporting a stream generator and casting it into the water. SOLUTION: A support base 26 for supporting the stream generator 12 is rotatablty placed on a truck 20. The support base 26 is horizontal (in a housed position) when moving, and the stream generator 12 is placed thereon. In casting the stream generator 12 into a pool, a rope 34 is delivered, and the support base 26 is rotated to be vertical (in an overhanging position) by the energizing force of an air spring 42. When the rope 34 is further delivered, the stream generator 12 is lowered and cast into the water. The rotation of the support base 26 and the ascent-descent of the stream generator 12 can be performed by one motor 40.
