PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance self-holding performance in a pullout state while reducing the number of part items. SOLUTION: A shape of an end part of flexible core metal 5 projecting from a grip body 1 is formed in a shape including a leg piece part 10 and an installing seat surface 11, and is formed in an almost Z shape. A claw piece 12 is formed in a bending shape in the leg piece part 10, and a recess-projection part 20 engageable with a base block 7 is formed on the base block 7. The installing seat surface 11 and the almost box-shaped base block 7 are co-fastened and fixed to a car body panel 3 by a car body panel 3 side clip 6 and an installing bolt 8. When pulling out the grip body 1, the stroke is secured by extending and unfolding a leg piece part 10 part among the flexible core metal 5, and at the same time, the claw piece 12 is engaged with the recess-projection part 20 to self-hold the state.
