PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally check for securely paying out of prize balls and securely dispensing of game balls by arranging a prize ball mechanism part and a dispensing mechanism part independently of each other. SOLUTION: An output of a prize ball count switch 301A is inputted both into a main substrate 31 and a payout control substrate 37 but an output of a dispensing count switch 301B is outputted only to the payout control substrate 37. A game control means carried on the main substrate 31 can check for securely paying out of prize balls as expected based on the output of the prize ball count switch 301A. A payout control means carried on the payout control substrate 37 can check to determine whether or not the number of game balls as demanded from a card unit 50 is securely paid out based on the output of the dispensing count switch 301B.
