PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die head which has plural discharge ports formed with high accuracy. SOLUTION: This die head 10 is provided with one side die 11 and the other side die 12 which is fitted to the one side die 11 and forms a discharge port 18 with the one side die 11. The other side die 12 has a support die 12a and plural blocks 14 which are disposed on the tip side of the support die 12a and the respective blocks 14 are pressed into press-fit grooves 13 of the support die 12a. The discharge port 18 is formed between blocks 14 isolatedly from the support die 12a, in addition, the blocks are precisely processed beforehand and, therefore, the discharge port 18 is formed with high accuracy.
