PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web site of lottery name cards wherein the lottery name cards having proper serial numbers printed are classified by industry, dating, a name and a firm name and managed automatically, lottery numbers are drawn periodically and prize money is paid to members, through the Web site. SOLUTION: This method comprises a first stage wherein when a user member makes a connection with the Web site of the lottery name cards through an Internet 12 and requests the lottery name card 20 having the proper serial number printed, the card 20 is issued on the basis of the form of the name card selected by the user, and delivered to him, a second stage wherein periodical drawing is conducted on the basis of the proper serial numbers 21 printed on the lottery name cards 20 and prize money is paid to the members drawing winning numbers, a third stage wherein a list of the lottery name cards 20 assigned to the users whose membership contracts are registered is displayed on a screen and, in this state, the name cards are registered afresh on the basis of the proper serial numbers 21 printed on the cards, and a fourth stage wherein a list of prize winners is displayed on the screen when confirmation of the winners is requested by the users. |
