PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control device for a dumb waiter capable of quickly serving a cooked food on the table. SOLUTION: This operation control device for the dumb waiter is provided with input means 61, 62 for inputting an order, a control means 3 for controlling the order content, a cooking scheduling means 33 for scheduling the cooking procedure of the order, an indicating means 4 for indicating a state of the order and the cooking schedule, and an operation scheduling means 34 for scheduling the operation of the dumb waiter according to the completion time of the order calculated from the schedule of the cooking procedure. According to the schedule of the cooking procedure, the operation schedule of the dumb waiter is set. As a result, the order can be served for a guest on time and on a desired temperature so as to improve the service. |
