PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a control part trouble by a manual operation. SOLUTION: This device is provided with bypass circuits 15, 16 for connecting a driving motor M and an AC power source 12. In each of the bypass circuits 15, 16, emergency contacts 15a, 16a of normally off states are interposed. Between an inverter 6b of a power source circuit 13 and the driving motor M, normal contacts 13a, 13b of normally on states are serially interposed. Each of the normal contacts 13a, 13b is interlocked and connected with each of the emergency contacts 15a, 16a. The device is provided with an electromagnetic relay MC1 for forwarding for performing a switching operation for the normal contact 13a and the emergency contact 15a by being energized by a manual switch 9a for forwarding and an electromagnetic relay MC2 for backwarding for performing the switching operation for the normal contact 13b and the emergency contact 16a by being energized by a manual switch 9b for backwarding. |
