PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate an aerosol jetting utensil from any azimuth, and at the same time, reduce the cost by reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: A jetting button 20 is attached to the stem 14 of an aerosol container 10. For the jetting button, an operating section 26 is provided around the jetting button itself, and the jetting button is equipped with a nozzle 28 at the tip end. Also, the jetting button is attached in a manner to go through the central hole 32 of a shoulder cover 30. For the shoulder cover 30, a mounting cup-fitting section 34 is attached to a mounting cup 12 of the aerosol container, and an engaging protuberance 36 is engaged with the mounting cup 12. Then, the outer periphery of the base end of the jetting button 20 is covered with the shoulder cover 30. In the meantime, the central hole 32 is closed with a flange section 24 of the jetting button. Thus, when a finger is placed on the operating section 26 and presses the operating section 26, the stem 14 is operated, and a content of the aerosol container is discharged from the stem, and is jetted from the nozzle 28 of the jetting button.
