PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustable massage pad which can adjust the position of a massage means back and forth according to the height of a user. SOLUTION: On the bottom of each massage means provided on the upper end surface of the massage pad there is provided an open groove through which push bars on the right and the left are inserted and the portion where the push bar and the massage pad are sewn together limits the range of the back-and- forth movement of the massage means, that is, the position of each massage means can be adjusted back and forth and one or more massage elements are arranged in each massage means to be operated to apply massage on a human body.
