PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of quality and process management due to a wrong efficiency of manual selection of an inspection or unevenness of manual processing, in a conventional method for correcting a gate residue in injection molding and of adding a space and a novel facility in a process of an automatic processing machine out of a molding machine frame. SOLUTION: A method for treating a gate of an automatic releasing unit used for injection molding a resin comprises the steps of mounting a pressurizing pin previously heated so as to become a substantially equal angle coaxially to a gate for casting a resin of a molding on a product removing chuck plate of a chucking device of the releasing unit, holding the molding in a molding and removing step, simultaneously pressing a gate by the pin, and automatically processing and treating the gate residue generated at a molding time by a simultaneous operation with the removing operation.
