PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy a necessity for quickly carrying out human body protection for an operator, presevation of the environment and cutbacks in personnel. SOLUTION: An apparatus is formed by assembling a turntable, a booth, a cutter and a dust collector. About a semicircular content of the turntable and the cutter part are inside the booth, scission, cutting and polishing are carried out inside the booth, and dust in the booth is sucked. Thereby protection of the human body is carried out. Further, since the turntable is used, setting and resetting operation of a non-cut product and a cutting-completed product can be carried out at the same position. That is, the apparatus can be operated by one operator, and can be made in-line.
