PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart pressing pressure of the stuffing nut during the rolling work to the center of the shaft symmetrically and evenly by using together a stuffing nut and a setting bolt for application of preliminary pressure of a ring roll sleeve, a spacer ring, a Belleville spring, and to provide a sleeve roll or rolling and its assembly method, which can eliminate a complicated pressurizing fluid feed mechanism for preliminary application of pressure. SOLUTION: On the outer periphery of a shaft 2 having a flange 3 at one end, a ring type roll sleeve 7, spacer rings 6a, 6b and an elastic member of framework 5 are shaped and in the rolling roll sandwiched by the stuffing nut 8 from the other end, a plurality of screw holes 8a piercing the shell where a screw is formed in the inner periphery are screwed in the stuffing nut 8 which is placed in equal clearance on the same circumference to a shaft 4 and a split-ring 9 is inserted into the space between the stuffing nut 8 and the spacer ring 6a.
